As players and team managers are assigned to their public teams, they will receive an email automatically to let them know what team they've been assigned to.
An automatic team assignment email will be sent when:
- Assigning players and team managers using the Assign Rosters tool in the Team Menu.
- Assigning players and team managers using the Assign tool in the Registration System.
- Importing players and team Managers with Team Assignments.
- Editing a member record to manually add a player or team manager to a team.
NOTE: >If you are not ready to send a team assignment email, you may either use the Global Team or Individual Team Settings to change the team to "Not Public", accessed by going from Admin > Teams > Divisions & Teams.
