Lookup Members on the administration menu brings you to the Find Members form. This form is used to find members in your database, and generate reports based on the results of the query.
You can find members by:
- Member Type
- Team Position
- Team Membership
- Phone number
If you enter nothing on the form, all members will be displayed.
Ranges, such as Born Between X and X can be used to find members who fall between a range of values.
If you would like to select one more position or team, you can CTRL + Click on each of the fields. To select a range of field, you can click + drag the cursor over desired choices.
Queries are Additive.
This means that specifying selections in more than one field means that your results will be of those who match all of the selections specified. I.E. Setting the type drop down to "Parent" and the has email menu to "No" will give you only members who are email-less parents.
NOTE: when you select more than one team in the "Position" or "Teams" lists, the selections are put together with the "Or" operation-- meaning that any member belonging to any one of the selected teams (or positions) will be selected. This only applies to this list, however. The selected teams are still put together with the other fields on the form, with the "And" operator as previously explained.
