How to Delete a Facility

To delete a facility:

  1. Go to Admin > Facilities.
  2. Click Facilities List.
  3. To the right of the Facility you wish to delete, click the red Trash Can (Delete) Icon.
    • If there is not a Delete Icon, there are events which are scheduled to the facility. 

To delete a facility that has events:

  1. Go to Admin > Scheduling.
  2. Click Event Maintenance.
  3. Choose the facility that you wish to delete in the first Change Facility drop down box.
  4. Choose the facility that you would like to move the events to in the second Change Facility drop down box.
  5. When finished, click Submit.
  6. Follow steps 1-3 above in the "To delete a facility" instructions to remove the facility from the Facilities List.
